Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Senior

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst Senior to join our team at Saxon Global. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and defining systems scope and objectives based on user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operation time, and form of desired results.
  • Provides consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top-level contributor/specialist of most phases of systems analysis, while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 11-15 years of experience in requirements identification, use case and scenario capture, and development of visual tools, analytical tables, and presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills, time management ability, detail-oriented; excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Agile and SCRUM SDLC methodologies.
  • Proven experience in superior writing, communication, presentation skills, interpersonal skills and work cross-functionally with senior management.
