Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Executive istant to seamlessly integrate calendar management, travel coordination, event planning, Board communication, project management, and the tactics of each day while connecting the dots to the CEO's broader strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative functions of the CEO's office, including scheduling, event coordination, travel arrangements, and expense management.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks effectively to maintain a strategic focus on high-impact opportunities and multiple projects.
  • Serve as a key liaison between project teams and the CEO, facilitating communication and alignment on strategic objectives.
  • Prepare for Board meetings, provide updates, and coordinate follow-up actions on strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure that Executive Team meetings are well-organized and that action points are effectively implemented.
  • Create project documentation, reports, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders, including Board members and investors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project activities, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress toward strategic goals.
  • Identify potential project risks and issues, escalating them as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage communications related to projects and foster collaboration among internal teams and external partners.
