Position Overview:

Our Servers are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service by taking orders, addressing menu inquiries, and promoting our food and beverage offerings. Responsibilities include processing payments, relaying orders—especially special requests—to the kitchen team, and assisting with customer service and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process orders from guests for food and drinks.
  • Engage with customers to confirm their satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Verify guests' ages to comply with alcohol service regulations.
  • Handle payment transactions efficiently.
  • Record food orders accurately, either by writing them down or entering them into a system for kitchen staff.
  • Present menus respectfully and provide insights about menu items, including recommendations.
  • Clear tables and counters of used dishes and utensils for cleaning.
  • Serve food and beverages to patrons promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness by clearing tables after guests have finished dining.
  • Explain preparation methods and ingredients of various menu items.
  • Perform cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and tidying up service areas.
  • Inform guests about daily specials and promotions.
  • Prepare dining areas for upcoming shifts or large parties.
  • Restock service areas with necessary supplies.
  • Ensure condiment and napkin containers are filled and ready for use.
  • Provide guests with information about local attractions and directions.
  • Enhance the presentation of dishes before serving.
  • Be open to additional tasks as assigned.
