ABOUT FOOD & BEVERAGE
The Food & Beverage team guarantees a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring products are fresh, stocked, available, and accurately priced on the sales floor.

This team oversees food and beverage services, including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing, and promotional signage across all Food and Beverage sections of the store.

Role Overview:
The position of a Coffee Shop Associate offers you the opportunity to gain:

- Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience in fostering a guest-first culture in the coffee shop.
- Ability to deliver a consistent coffee shop experience for guests by crafting high-quality beverages and food.
- Experience in managing food quality and freshness.
- Understanding of state and federal food safety and OSHA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an outstanding guest experience by connecting with guests and delivering quality handcrafted beverages and food throughout all operational hours, prioritizing guest needs.
- Uphold and execute Food and Beverage Standards, as well as all brand and food safety standards.
- Implement food and beverage processes, including deliveries, replenishment, stocking, zoning, and cleaning.
- Maintain awareness of promotional activities within the coffee shop.
- Follow routines to ensure a consistent coffee shop experience while promoting efficiency and food safety.
- Support the coffee shop's digital order fulfillment process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Keep the dining area inviting for guests at all times.
- Engage with guests to exceed their expectations based on coffee shop standards.
- Complete all required training related to quality control.
