Job Overview

Omaha Country Club is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to serve as the primary point of contact for members and guests at our main entrance. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring a seamless experience for all who visit our campus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient experience for members and guests.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of club services, amenities, and events to effectively promote and recommend them to members and guests.
  • Work closely with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a reception or customer-facing role, preferably in a hospitality or membership-based organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members, guests, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, as required.
