About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team at the Hispanic Technology Executive Council. As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our organization and driving innovation in the field of Enterprise Payments Technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business and technology landscape, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement complex solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, mentoring and coaching to ensure their growth and development.
  • Contribute to the development of our architecture roadmap, defining the technical vision and strategy for our organization.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that our architecture and solutions are well-documented and easily understood by all stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on payments and technology.
  • Proven experience in integration services programming and architecture, with a strong understanding of payments data and service models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

Desired Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working in a similar role at a large financial institution.
  • Proven experience in digital and physical payment implementation, with a strong understanding of payment processing and security.
  • Ability to write technical documentation and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
