About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Architect to join our growing Workplace-Interiors Studio in Charlotte, NC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects from conceptual design to owner occupancy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from schematic design through construction administration, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, interior designers, and engineers, to deliver projects that meet our clients' expectations.
  • Coordinate with consulting partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Produce contract documents, sign and seal drawings, and lead construction administration efforts.
  • Accountable for project success, ensuring that all deliverables meet our high standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university.
  • 10+ years of experience in the architecture & design industry.
  • Architectural registration.
  • Deep understanding of building codes and accessibility requirements.
  • Experience signing and sealing drawings.
  • Ability to execute projects from conceptual design to owner occupancy.
  • Strong design and Revit skills.
