Job Title: Brokerage Services Assistant

Join CBRE, the global leader in commercial real estate services, as a Brokerage Services Assistant. In this role, you will provide general administrative support to an office or group of sales professionals, capturing documentation, maintaining databases, and coordinating schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture and process voucher forms and commission payments
  • Maintain CBRE brand client messaging and create marketing materials
  • Answer and screen incoming telephone calls, providing information and maintaining confidentiality
  • Read and route incoming mail, composing and preparing routine communications
  • Update databases and assist with website updates
  • Coordinate and maintain filing systems and records
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments for sales team members

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) preferred
  • 2 years of experience providing support to teams of professionals
  • Sales or Marketing experience preferred
  • Ability to write routine reports and communications
  • Basic analytical skills and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
