About the Role

We are partnering with a leading healthcare provider in North Dallas to identify a highly experienced Revenue Cycle Management Director. This organization has undergone significant growth through acquisitions and is now focused on optimizing internal operations for maximum efficiency.

As the Revenue Cycle Management Director, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining processes, enhancing performance, and driving revenue cycle success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to a team of approximately 20 professionals, including team leads and supervisors.
  • Maintain active involvement in day-to-day operations, leading by example and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency across all revenue cycle functions.
  • Collaborate effectively with leadership and staff to communicate updates, initiatives, and performance metrics.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of revenue cycle management processes, including posting, collections, denial management, and coding.
  • Cultivate a positive and supportive team environment that encourages professional development and growth.
Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in managing a revenue cycle team of similar size.
  • A hands-on approach with a strong commitment to operational excellence.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive performance improvements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle best practices and industry regulations.

This is a full-time, on-site position reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. The compensation package includes a competitive salary in the mid-100s range, plus performance-based bonuses.
