The Client Engagement Specialist plays a crucial role in cultivating new business opportunities, showcasing the healthcare model to prospective clients, and guiding leads through informative webinars and onboarding procedures. This position requires effective communication through various channels, including phone, email, and virtual presentations, while also nurturing relationships with current clients to foster new group initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building a consistent pipeline of leads nationwide.
  • Engaging with prospects through diverse communication methods, including chat and text.
  • Organizing and delivering webinars and in-person presentations.
  • Establishing referrals and connections with potential clients.
  • Ensuring exceptional service delivery and addressing member inquiries.
  • Maintaining and leveraging relationships with existing group leaders for new opportunities.
  • Providing insights to enhance membership retention and service quality.
  • Documenting interactions in tracking systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Collaborating with various departments and providing assistance as needed.
  • Adhering to the organization's core values and mission.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience; 2 years preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette.
  • Proficient in computer usage, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with effective teamwork capabilities.
  • Conflict resolution skills and a willingness to seek guidance when necessary.

Work Environment:

  • Flexible working hours (9:00 AM to 7:00 PM).
  • Compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Occasional travel may be required for business purposes.
  • Ability to effectively present and communicate to diverse audiences.
  • Physical capability to manage promotional materials and conference displays.
  • Analytical skills to address a variety of onboarding challenges.
