As part of our team, you will receive continuous training in Intensive Home-Based Treatment and Intensive Family and System Treatment (I-FAST) while collaborating with families, youth, their communities, and essential stakeholders to implement the I-FAST model effectively.

Compensation: The salary range for this role is between $47,609.67 and $71,675.95 annually, commensurate with licensure and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct clinical interventions utilizing the IHBT/I-FAST framework, emphasizing strengths and positive outcomes.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients and families to gather insights on behavioral concerns and strengths, aiding in the understanding of family dynamics.
  • Engage with families to identify cultural influences that affect their strengths and behaviors, ensuring sustained engagement in care.
  • Provide individual and family therapy services tailored to meet identified needs.
  • Establish collaborative partnerships with community resources to address each family's unique requirements.
  • Actively involve primary caregivers, family members, and community agency personnel in treatment processes.
  • Dedicate time to weekly case evaluations and planning, with support from supervisors and team members.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills within the I-FAST framework.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure clients have access to support around the clock as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, engage in program evaluations, and attend team meetings and training sessions.
  • Meet billing productivity standards set by Integrated Services for Behavioral Health.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Must fulfill licensure requirements as specified by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapist Board.
  • Demonstrated experience and enthusiasm for providing services to youth and families.
  • Exhibit a high level of cultural sensitivity.
  • Comfortable working with a diverse client population.
  • Familiarity with engaging families within the community.
  • Experience working with individuals and families with multiple needs.
  • Broad understanding of community service systems.
  • Willingness to engage in cross-systems team-building initiatives.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to function in an automated, internet-based office environment.
