Focus on Intensive Home-Based Treatment
Are you passionate about supporting children and families? Integrated Services for Behavioral Health is looking for dedicated professionals who aim to empower youth and families through sustainable, strength-based behavioral change.
As part of our team, you will receive continuous training in Intensive Home-Based Treatment and Intensive Family and System Treatment (I-FAST), collaborating with families, youth, and community stakeholders to effectively implement the I-FAST model.
Compensation for this role ranges from $47,609.67 to $71,675.95 annually, depending on licensure and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct clinical services utilizing the IHBT/I-FAST framework, emphasizing strengths and positive outcomes.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients and families to gather insights on behavioral concerns and strengths, aiding in the understanding of problem behaviors.
- Engage with families to identify cultural factors that impact strengths and behaviors, ensuring effective treatment engagement.
- Provide individual and family therapy tailored to the identified needs of clients.
- Establish collaborative partnerships with community resources to address family needs.
- Actively involve primary caregivers, family members, and community agency staff in the treatment process.
- Commit to regular case planning and progress evaluation, supported by supervisory guidance.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills within the I-FAST framework.
- Work as part of a team to ensure clients have access to support around the clock.
- Maintain accurate documentation, engage in program evaluation, and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Meet productivity standards set by Integrated Services for Behavioral Health.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Must fulfill licensure requirements as specified by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapist Board.
- Experience and enthusiasm for providing services to youth and families.
- Demonstrated cultural competence and awareness.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with community engagement strategies.
- Experience with individuals and families with multiple needs.
- Broad understanding of community service systems.
- Willingness to engage in team-building activities across systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in operating within an automated, internet-based office environment.
