Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our Real Estate team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating leads, setting appointments, and documenting all client communication in our CRM database. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of real estate principles, and the ability to articulate our company value while confidently controlling the conversation and setting qualified appointments.Responsibilities
  • Manage company-generated seller business through direct phone and email communication while documenting all interactions in detail within the contact record.
  • Prospect daily for potential clients (FSBO, Expired, etc.) and nurture them through extensive follow-up communication until ready for appointment with our buyer or seller expert advisor.
  • Document all client communication and build out automated follow-up systems and processes through our CRM.
  • Work with and tee up clients for our expert advisors to assist in the transaction process and help us reach our goals of creating successful sales and long-term clientele.
  • Follow up with and nurture past clients (raving fans) through automated follow-up and tasks to gain repeat and referral business and reach our company goal.
  • Track all prospective, current active, and closed client status and conversions and assist in process improvement to help us reach our overall success goals.

Compensation Structure

The position pays a base salary plus bonuses and commissions on sales that you are involved in helping create. The on-target earnings for the position, including salary and commission, are $60,000 to $70,000. There is no ceiling on earnings potential, and top candidates can earn more. This is a 1099 job and does not offer benefits at the moment.
