We are currently looking for skilled drivers to operate various types of collection vehicles, including:

  • Roll-off
  • Front-load
  • Automated
  • Side Load
  • Residential Roll-off

Key Responsibilities:

As a Waste Collection Vehicle Operator, your primary duties will include:

  • Safely operating collection vehicles while adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to our clients
  • Conducting thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles
  • Communicating effectively with supervisors regarding any safety issues or maintenance needs
  • Completing daily route documentation as required

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Possess a valid Commercial Driver's License with an air brakes endorsement
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DOT Medical certification
  • Demonstrated safe driving record
  • Familiarity with OSHA, DOT, and other relevant regulations
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience driving refuse collection vehicles is preferred but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of the local metropolitan area is advantageous
