POSITION OBJECTIVES:

Under direct supervision, provides essential retail sales assistance and customer service support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Welcomes and guides customers in selecting products.
  2. Restocks inventory by unpacking, labeling, and organizing merchandise.
  3. Maintains cleanliness of sales areas through light cleaning tasks.
  4. Supports inventory management by participating in stock counts.
  5. Assists in the Shipping & Receiving Department with stocking and packaging duties.
  6. Completes additional tasks as assigned.
  7. Demonstrates flexibility in scheduling to accommodate customer needs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  2. Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
  3. Basic arithmetic skills are required.
  4. Ability to lift items weighing up to 25lbs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Typical retail and warehouse setting.
