Position Overview

Savio is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate CPA Case Manager to support our mission of providing temporary homes for foster youth and children in need. Our organization specializes in licensing foster care homes while offering essential services to biological families, with a primary focus on family reunification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Address Barriers: Work collaboratively to identify challenges faced by families and foster parents.
  • Community-Based Therapy: Conduct therapeutic sessions within the community and in the homes of families.
  • Supervision and Consultation: Participate in weekly group supervision and expert consultation to enhance therapeutic practices.
  • Advocacy: Advocate for the needs of children and serve as a liaison between professional teams and foster homes.

Compensation and Perks

We offer competitive salaries based on qualifications:

  • Starting with candidacy (LPCC, SWC, MFTC): $57,000
  • Starting Licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT): $60,000
  • Starting MA Bilingual: $62,000

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree with extensive experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • DORA registration to provide therapy (LPCC, MFTC, SWC).
