About the Role:As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining client relationships, setting strategic goals, tracking progress, and driving sales activity across multiple industries. You will be responsible for identifying, interviewing, evaluating, and qualifying potential clients, diagnosing business and technical challenges faced by prospects, and assisting in developing and presenting proposals to clients.
Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- 4-year degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
