Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Reception Operations Coordinator to join our team at Pacer Group. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in customer service, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Reception Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, employees, and visitors. Your duties will include answering phone calls, registering visitors, coordinating visitor schedules, and attending to the break room. You will also be required to perform general clerical duties such as distributing office faxes, packages, and mail. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the neat appearance of the reception area, conference rooms, cafeteria, and other common areas.

Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience in customer service. A college degree is preferred but not required. You should be proficient in MS Windows, MS Word, and Excel, and have excellent analytical skills. You must also be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the office.

Bonus SkillsAble to calculate simple figures such as percentages. Able to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Able to solve problems in standard situations. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Provides administrative support to a department or office location. Receives and directs incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail. Greets and announces clients, applicants and visitors. Follows security procedures for recording guests, suppliers and other visitors.
