Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Reception Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities will include: Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel. Registering visitors and coordinating their schedules. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, conference rooms, and cafeteria. Performing general clerical duties such as distributing office faxes, packages, and mail. Providing administrative support to the department or office location. Arranging catering for meetings and events. Coordinating video and web conferencing as needed. Following location security procedures for screening inbound deliveries. Ordering office supplies and other common use items. Maintaining records and logs of service requests and tracking their status. Ensuring that equipment is in good operating condition and arranging for repairs as needed.

Requirements and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience in customer service. A college degree is preferred but not required. You should be proficient in MS Windows, MS Word, and Excel, and have excellent analytical skills. You must also be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the office. Bonus skills include intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, able to calculate simple figures such as percentages, able to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations, able to solve problems in standard situations, provides administrative support to a department or office location, receives and directs incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail, greets and announces clients, applicants and visitors, follows security procedures for recording guests, suppliers and other visitors.
