Position Summary

Overview: Responsible for the final assembly of all food items served in the dining area, ensuring compliance with current federal, state, and local regulations, as well as our established policies and procedures. You may receive direction from the kitchen supervisor, relief manager, or team leader to guarantee quality service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized attention to detail.
  • Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages, adhering to company standards for presentation, sanitation, and safety (including HACCP and OSHA guidelines) and portion control.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment utilized in food preparation and service.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation protocols. Transport food items to and from the main kitchen.
  • Foster a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents, yourself, and fellow staff members.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to fulfill job responsibilities.
  • Contribute positively to the team; demonstrate professionalism with customers and coworkers.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
