Job Responsibilities

Key Duties:

  • Supervise the culinary activities of food service staff as directed by the Food Service Director.
  • Prepare a variety of dishes and menu items in accordance with established recipes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of kitchen equipment after each use, adhering to scheduled cleaning routines.
  • Store, label, and date food items in compliance with company policies, ensuring organized storage of dry, refrigerated, and frozen goods.
  • Implement HACCP guidelines to guarantee the quality and safety of food supplies.
  • Follow all health and sanitation regulations at the federal, state, and local levels, as well as departmental sanitation protocols.
  • Assist the Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and complete all necessary documentation and logs as required.
  • Support the cross-training of team members.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
