**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual French/Eng Customer Service Rep to join our team at Global Channel Management, Inc. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, distribution partners, and sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and web chat
  • Assist customers in determining the best products to use for their mechanical situations
  • Identify potential leads and work with customers to resolve technical inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective support
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Bilingual French and English language proficiency
  • Technical or mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based programs
  • Good home internet connection
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or College Degree in Trades
