Speech Therapist Assistant Role Overview

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide services for school-age students ranging from grades K-12 in a school setting near Cumberland, PA.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver speech therapy services for students with varying needs and abilities
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy required
  • Previous school experience and IEP/AAC exposure preferred but not required
  • Active or pending state SLPA license must be held
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as guaranteed hours for direct and indirect services. Additionally, you will receive payment for both direct and indirect services rendered, liability insurance coverage, and industry-leading health, vision, dental, and 401k benefits available for full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
