School Psychologist Role Overview

This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a profound impact on the academic, social, and emotional development of our students. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field and be certified or licensed as a School Psychologist in their state.

Responsibilities
  • We are looking for an individual who can conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, social, and emotional functioning.
  • The successful candidate will provide individual and group counseling to students to address emotional and behavioral challenges.
  • As a key member of our team, you will participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans and accommodations.
  • You will serve as a resource to staff regarding student behavior, learning, and mental health concerns.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance, 401k retirement plan, and a supportive work environment committed to student success and well-being.

Requirements
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Current state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in an educational or clinical setting.
  • Proficiency in psychological assessment tools and techniques.
