About the Position:

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to patients in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting

- Utilize electronic documentation systems to record patient progress and communicate with healthcare teams
- Collaborate with other rehab therapists and nursing staff to achieve shared goals and objectives
