Customer Service Specialist Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support at our retail store. This is a full-time position that requires a strong ability to work with customers, process sales transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and sales support to customers in person and over the phone
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and setting up displays
  • Assist with inventory management and control procedures
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to provide informed recommendations to customers
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally
  • Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in multiple languages
