As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling worksite insurance solutions within a designated sales region that includes an established client base. Your role will involve fostering robust, long-lasting partnerships with businesses and crafting tailored, needs-based proposals for their employees, showcasing the advantages of our comprehensive insurance offerings.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary of $40,000 with unlimited commission potential and additional bonuses
- First-year earnings potential ranging from $82,000 to $125,000
- Comprehensive benefits package funded by the company (including medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance)
- Company vehicle with fuel allowance
- 401k plan with employer matching
- Reimbursement for travel expenses

Essential Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales
- Minimum of 60 college credit hours
