Position Overview for Customer Support Specialist

The Customer Service division operates from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We seek candidates with adaptable schedules, as shifts will be assigned within this timeframe.

Additionally, there is a rotational Saturday commitment - every third Saturday - from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- 4 Days in Office, 1 Day of your choice to work from home.
  • Compensation: $20-22 per hour
  • Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
Key Responsibilities for Customer Support Specialist:
  • Respond to inquiries regarding New Jersey auto, home, and umbrella insurance policies, coverages, and premiums; ensure thorough follow-up on all interactions.
  • Achieve first-call resolution and simplify the customer experience.
  • Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all three insurance lines (Auto, Homeowner, and Umbrella) for New Jersey.
  • Precisely enter and update policy details in various processing systems and manage phone inquiries.
Qualifications for Customer Support Specialist:
  • Exceptional interpersonal, listening, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, along with excellent computer/data entry and mathematical capabilities.
  • High energy and motivation to follow through and take responsibility.
  • Flexibility and capacity to perform under pressure.
  • Eagerness and ability to learn new functions within the Customer Solutions Center.
