Join Our Team as a Customer Care Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated part-time Customer Care Specialist to enhance our team.

As a vital member of our practice, you will play a key role in ensuring that we exceed the expectations of every pet owner.

Your Role:

As the initial point of contact at VCA, the Customer Care Specialist establishes the atmosphere of our practice, fostering trust and confidence among our clients.

The responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service by welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, and guiding clients and their pets to examination rooms.
  • Coordinating and confirming appointments.
  • Conducting follow-up calls and reaching out to potential clients.
  • Communicating and clarifying fees, as well as processing payments.
  • Advising on product and service selections, including prescriptions.

Additionally, you will:

  • Address inquiries regarding our offerings and educate clients on general pet care and welfare.
  • Manage medical records, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Maintain a clean and organized facility, ensuring both interior and exterior areas are well-kept.
