Axiom Path is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations at our site, providing administrative support and coordinating tasks to maintain a productive work environment.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage and update records, files, and documents related to site operations, handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail distribution.
  • Facility Coordination: Monitor office supplies, submit orders to ensure availability, coordinate routine maintenance requests, track the status of repairs, and maintain common areas, such as break rooms and meeting spaces.
  • Logistics Assistance: Track and organize deliveries and shipments to and from the site, maintain basic inventory records, and assist with stock audits.
  • Vendor and Visitor Support: Greet and assist visitors, contractors, and vendors upon arrival, help coordinate vendor appointments, confirm service completion, and process invoices and expense reports related to site services.
  • General Support: Respond to staff inquiries regarding site services, escalate issues as needed, and contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming work environment by following site policies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred but not required, familiarity with office tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace).

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
