Resident Care Coordinator

Sunrise Senior Living is a leading provider of senior care services, and we're seeking a dedicated Resident Care Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role
We're looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering high-quality care and services to seniors and their families. As a Resident Care Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating care and services, developing strong relationships with residents and their families, and ensuring a safe and supportive living environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate care and services for residents, including assistance with daily living activities
- Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) tailored to each resident's needs
- Collaborate with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promote risk management programs
- Assist with life skills and other life-enriching activities
Requirements:
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment
- High School diploma or GED accepted; certifications may be required per state regulations
- Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $35,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience
