Position: Service Delivery Executive - Operations Support Manager

Overview:

Join Capgemini Engineering as a Service Delivery Executive - Operations Support Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional user support for manufacturing execution systems (MES).

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee service delivery management, ensuring seamless end-user assistance for manufacturing execution systems.
  • Guarantee prompt response and resolution of support inquiries and incidents, adhering to established service level agreements.
  • Establish and standardize IT support protocols, addressing customer concerns effectively.
  • Maintain and update IT assets, software, documentation, processes, communications, vendors, credentials, and technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical challenges.
  • Continuously assess team performance and enhance operational processes.
  • Serve as a key liaison between our distributed teams and clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their unique requirements.
  • Provide technical assistance for hardware, software, applications, and related technologies.
  • Verify system performance and follow up on service requests to ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Work with global teams to prioritize technology initiatives and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Manage relationships with business and IT stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience leading an IT Support/Help Desk Team for manufacturing execution systems.
  • Proficient in relevant software and server technologies.
  • ITIL certification or experience is preferred, including familiarity with ITSM tools.
  • Experience with automation technologies is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration capabilities.
