Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our Kitchens.Inspired. Division. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our builder clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builder clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Coordinate showroom experiences to showcase our products and services
  • Attend internal and external training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Provide timely and accurate project data to builder clients
  • Work with internal and external resources to deliver and install products efficiently
  • Represent Big Sandy Superstore at external events, such as the Parade of Homes and Grand Opening events
  • Coordinate internal and external events to promote our products and services
  • Maintain showroom presentation standards and update the design sales process using a CRM database
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least one year of appliance sales experience
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, and reach regularly
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 15 lbs
