Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Licensing Assistant to join our team in the Greater Boston area. As a key member of our Sales Department, you will support the Licensing group and work closely with our Sales Representatives to maintain the everyday operations of the local office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and categorize data in our internal database with precision and accuracy.
  • Review and produce various licensing documents with attention to detail.
  • Facilitate group recordkeeping and ensure seamless communication with the Sales team, software users, and purchasing departments.
  • Learn and assist with order processing, providing exceptional support to our clients.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Exceptional organization skills and ability to multitask with ease.
  • Current eligibility to work in the U.S.
