Job Summary: We seek an experienced Senior Director of Human Resources to lead our HR team in the US, reporting directly to the CEO. This pivotal role will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including benefits administration, compensation reviews, employee relations, talent acquisition, and culture development across the US, as well as collaboration with our HR Directors in the UK and Germany.

  • Talent Leadership: Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with Connexity's business goals, values, and culture. Provide guidance and mentorship to the HR team, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Benefits Oversight: Directly manage the Sr. Benefits Manager to design, implement, and administer competitive employee benefit programs in the US, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Compensation Strategy: Lead annual compensation review processes, including salary benchmarking, merit increases, and bonus programs, to ensure alignment with business objectives and market standards.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Global HR Support: Provide strategic oversight and support to HR Directors in Germany and the UK, ensuring alignment with corporate HR initiatives and objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Director to develop and execute strategies that attract top talent and support business growth.
  • Culture Management: Guide the Director of Culture and People Ops to drive initiatives related to employee administration, onboarding, and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a focus on senior positions.
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience overseeing benefits, compensation, employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations in a global organization.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary range for this position is $190,000 - $205,000, with a comprehensive compensation package including bonus, equity, a competitive 401(k) match, rich benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.
