Essential Qualifications:

- Strong analytical, creative, and strategic thinking abilities, with a proven track record of effective collaboration across various teams.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, coupled with a deep understanding of customer needs and product development.
- Experience in product lifecycle management (PLM), product catalog, and commerce systems, with familiarity in design and management tools such as Figma, Jira, Google Suite, Smartsheet, ProductPlan, Aha, or similar.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field is required.
This position also involves supporting the team in India, necessitating participation in calls during evening hours a few times a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive initiatives aimed at monetization to align with organizational objectives.
- Enhance foundational capabilities of the product and pricing platform, including notification systems and AI applications to accelerate market entry.
- Support ongoing business needs and platform integration efforts, focusing on streamlined pricing changes and innovative product bundling.
- Analyze data and feedback to uncover opportunities for enhancement and growth.
- Conduct regular operational mechanisms or follow-me-home sessions to foster customer empathy, identify challenges, and prioritize the product roadmap.
- Ensure effective communication with marketing and finance teams to maintain alignment on product strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement and launch products.
- Oversee the review and approval of product requirements with stakeholders, including engineering, design, finance, and marketing.
- Monitor the entire lifecycle of design, development, testing, and launch, maintaining high standards for quality and usability, while supporting user readiness through demonstrations and training.
- Ensure high user satisfaction and smooth operation by monitoring daily product usage.
- Act as the subject matter expert for the product, addressing inquiries and issues promptly to facilitate user and development team progress.
- Serve as a liaison between users and platform teams, providing the necessary technical and cross-functional knowledge to guide the go-to-market execution process.
