Salary:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience.
Job Description:
This role involves providing client-centered, structured, goal-oriented, and time-limited face-to-face individual and/or group therapy for clients experiencing concerns with their mental health and/or substance use disorder issues.
You will work within the context of clients' Individualized Service Plans, providing services in Zepf facilities and, when appropriate, via telehealth.
Services are delivered in an environment ensuring clients' privacy and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Under clinical supervision, provide individual and group therapy in agency facilities and the community based on client needs identified on Individual Care Plans.
- Assist in formulating Individual Care Plans and sign off on all clients serviced.
- May provide crisis intervention services.
- Maintain direct service productivity per agency standards.
- Maintain required documentation per agency standards.
- Participate in team meetings.
- Consult and collaborate with other agency staff as requested by supervisor.
- Carry out policy and procedures of the agency, participate in community work, staff development, agency-wide projects, and serve on committees/teams.
- Attend meetings.
- Perform other duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Master's degree required.
- LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, or other ODMH recognized status required.
- Must have completed a Master's level internship with a concentration in psychotherapy OR
- Have 2 years of work experience providing psychotherapy.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
