Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role is a registered nurse with experience in behavioral health care. You will be responsible for assessing the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs of our patients and developing personalized plans of care to address these needs. Your primary responsibility will be to manage your caseload, including conducting home visits, administering treatments, and documenting patient progress.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.

Requirements
  • Current, unrestricted state RN license
  • 1+ years of experience in a clinical care setting as a nurse
  • Able and willing to travel within branch/office coverage area
  • Must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance in accordance with state laws
  • Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in Nursing is preferred
