- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth in the sales department, including merchandising, promotions, and inventory management.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the sales department is maintained to a high standard, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and store cleanliness.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and pricing products.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned with sales department goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of six months retail experience in a mid-size to large retail service-oriented business.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 35 pounds, stand for extended periods, and bend and twist frequently.
