  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the sales department is maintained to a high standard, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and store cleanliness.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and pricing products.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned with sales department goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of six months retail experience in a mid-size to large retail service-oriented business.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 35 pounds, stand for extended periods, and bend and twist frequently.
