Actuary Supervisor

As an Actuary Supervisor with the Department of Insurance, you will perform highly skilled actuarial analysis and work on complex actuarial projects. You will assist the Chief Life Actuary in managing the work of the life actuarial staff and provide actuarial support to other units within the Department.

• Perform actuarial analysis and modeling to support business decisions
• Develop and maintain actuarial models and systems
• Provide actuarial support to other units within the Department
• Assist the Chief Life Actuary in managing the work of the life actuarial staff

To be eligible for this position, you must have a strong background in actuarial science and experience working with complex actuarial models. You must also have excellent analytical and communication skills.

This position is eligible for telework in accordance with the Department's telework policy. You may be required to report to the Department's headquarters office location on designated telework days. Travel expenses are not reimbursed, but other authorized transit subsidies may be available.
