Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Management:

    • Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and transportation, to ensure seamless execution.

  • Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination:
    • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of events and maintain strong relationships.
    • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event outcomes.
  • On-site Event Supervision:
    • Oversee all aspects of event setup, execution, and teardown to ensure a high-quality experience.
