- Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Outgoing, positive, enthusiastic personality.
- This position requires frequent visits to different office and event locations.
- Travel may be required depending on event locations.
- The role may involve working evenings, weekends, or holidays to meet the needs of the organization or address emergencies.
