Job Summary

Aspire Indiana Health, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Accreditation and Licensure Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining all aspects of accreditation, certifications, and licensure for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement accreditation and licensure strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct site visits, evaluations, and follow-up responses to maintain accreditation and licensure
  • Collaborate with management roles to ensure ongoing attention to and compliance with multiple accreditations, certifications, and licensure
  • Manage and coordinate accreditation standards, federal, state, and local rules and regulations relative to corporate compliance efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, Health Information Management, or a directly-related field accredited by the US Department of Education
  • Two years of experience in managing and coordinating accreditation standards, federal, state, and local rules and regulations relative to corporate compliance efforts
  • Advanced use of Google products, including Docs, Slides, Sites, and Sheets, for data reporting
