Business Development Representative

About the Role:
This esteemed commercial restoration company is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Representative to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the company's presence in the commercial restoration market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and other means.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- 1-3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in mitigation and restoration sales or a related field.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Commercial or residential construction experience.
- Sales and business development experience.
- Background in mitigation.
- Highly motivated and proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and think critically.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
