About the Role:

Gpac is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Representative to join our team in the restoration industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in mitigation/restoration sales or a related field
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Commercial/residential construction experience
  • Sales/business development experience
  • Background in mitigation
  • Highly motivated and proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel
