Key Responsibilities
  • Assist members with the loan application process, gathering information and reviewing credit reports to determine loan eligibility.
  • Interview loan applicants to understand their financial needs and provide recommendations for alternative loan options.
  • Process loan applications, complete documentation, and disburse loans upon approval.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving account issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the member service team by providing knowledge and expertise on financial products and services.
Requirements
  • Two years to five years of experience in a similar or related role.
  • A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school.
  • Eligibility to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) and maintain registration as a registered Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).
