Job Title:
Financial Operations Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Operations Specialist responsible for managing financial data, tracking property budgets, and handling collections for approximately 250 accounts.

The role involves creating invoices, reconciling payments upon receipt, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge on financial regulations (training provided). Additionally, the Financial Operations Specialist will assist with general office duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial data and track property budgets
  • Handle collections and create invoices
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on financial regulations
  • Assist with general office duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience with financial data management
  • Knowledge of financial regulations
  • Ability to handle high volume billing/collections
  • Soft collections experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • HS Diploma or GED required

Work Environment:

This is a fully on-site position in Bend, Oregon. In-office environment, primarily female staff. A fun atmosphere where former employees often remain friends.
