The Junior Project Coordinator is responsible for the daily oversight of designated security initiatives by organizing, directing, and coordinating all activities related to the assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing management of assigned initiatives.
- Schedule and facilitate project-related meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions.
- Identify and address project-related challenges that may impact timelines, costs, client satisfaction, quality, security, or safety.
- Prepare necessary documentation and notifications for review and distribution to stakeholders.
- Generate required reports and conduct briefings as necessary.
- Document and communicate all project-related issues to the designated authority.
- Develop presentations, reports, and other essential documents for project meetings.
- Perform additional project management tasks as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
Minimum Experience Requirements:
- Must possess a current Top Secret personnel security clearance and maintain it throughout the contract duration.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in project management, preferably on large-scale projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
Educational Background:
- High School Diploma is mandatory.
