- Experience: 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management and shrink reduction.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
