  • Omnichannel Process Management: Lead the implementation and management of omnichannel processes, ensuring seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and develop a team of customer experience specialists, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory processes, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining store inventory levels.
  • Shrink and Safety Management: Develop and implement shrink and safety programs to minimize losses and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute in-store events, including class and workshop activities, to drive sales and customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management and shrink reduction.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
