Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Supply Chain Solutions division in Birmingham, AL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage inventory levels, including coordinating with Maintenance and Asset Management teams
  • Process rental sales and generate purchase/repair orders
  • Contribute to cost containment through inventory planning and warranty management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year or more of sales and/or customer service experience required
