Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Patient Data Coordinator to join our team at University Health. In this role, you will be responsible for securing and obtaining accurate patient data for registration, scheduling, and support of the outpatient areas of Ambulatory Rehabilitation.

About You

You should have high school diploma or its equivalent and one year and six months of experience in general office clerical work. Two years of related college level course work may be substituted for 1 year of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect copays, coinsurance and other monies that may be owed by the patient
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of patient records
  • Provide excellent customer services and adhere to the standards and behaviors of University Health

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum
